Carol L. Warner (Brocker) age 84, of Gun Lake, MI, was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, surrounded by her family and friends. Being a grandmother was very important to Carol and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed golfing, scuba diving, ice skating, and bowling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Warner; brothers, Ray Brocker and Carl Norman Brocker. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her children, Andrew (Janice) Warner, Matt (Tracey) Warner, Kevin (Kris) Willick, Brenda (Al) Osborn; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Ken Brocker; and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of Breton Woods Rehab and Living Center for the wonderful care they provided for Carol. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 9, at Stroo Funeral Home. A time for visiting with the family will be held after the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.

I was a golfing friend of Carol’s at Yankee Springs. She was always fun to golf with, a little testy at times in a fun way. My sympathies to the family for her loss. She was an engaging person. God rest her soul. May she find eternal happiness on this next phase of her life.
