John J. Drukker, Jr., age 91, of Grand Rapids, MI, formerly of Wyckoff, NJ passed away peacefully at home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.  His contagious smile and humble spirit will always be remembered.  John graduated from Eastern Christian High School and went on to serve our country in the Navy.  He became an electrical technician and was employed by International Nickel Company and International Paper Company.  He was an avid skier and volunteered with the National Ski Patrol.  A devoted follower of Christ, John was a member at Caledonia Christian Reformed Church in MI and had been a member of Unity Christian Reformed Church in NJ, where he served as an elder, deacon, and enjoyed singing in the choir.  His faith was the cornerstone of his life, guiding him through all of life's joys and challenges.  John was a beloved husband, father and friend.  He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Kay Drukker and is survived by his loving companion, Ruth Heeringa.  Proud father of Lynn Henry (Barry), Roy Drukker (Nancy), Bev Drukker, Dale Memmelaar (Todd), and Cheri Tubergen (Ren).  Beloved grandfather of 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren with 2 on the way; sister, Betty Chabert; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Frances (George) Kroeze, Marianne Velzen, Joanne (Gary) Wit; many nieces and nephews.  A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, June 26, at 4 PM with a visitation prior to the service from 2 to 4 PM at Caledonia Christian Reformed Church, 9957 Cherry Valley Ave. SE, Caledonia, 49316.  Rev. Merle Buwalda will officiate.  Interment will be in Blain Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Eastern Christian High School, Dutton Christian School, or South Christian High School in John's memory.  John's steadfast faith, loving heart and unwavering commitment to his family will leave a lasting legacy.  "Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."  Psalm 23:6
