Marjorie Grace (Leep) Mossell Alberda, age 98, of Grand Rapids, MI, flew to Jesus on Monday, November 27, 2023.  She had a heart for serving and enjoyed bringing Christ's love to others.  Marjorie gave of her time volunteering at Bibles for Missions and encouraged others by writing letters for Crossroads Prison Ministries, and she was a key lady for The Bible League for many years.  She was preceded in death by husbands: Benjamin Mossell and Jake Alberda.  Lovingly remembering Marjorie are her daughters: Diane Hall, Emilie Mossell; son-in-law: Paul VanderNat; Jake's family: Wayne Alberda, Sharon Rogers, Loren (Charlon) Alberda, Ken (Ann) Alberda, Thea (Paul) Bohannon, Jay (Jane) Alberda; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law: Dave VanderHaar; several nieces and nephews.  Special thanks to granddaughters: Rachel, Karen, Sara; cousins: Ernie and Mary Leep; neighbors: Lin Koster, Ralph and Bev Lane, and special friends: Pete and Tina Haaksma for all of the care and support to Marjorie.  Marjorie's life will be celebrated on Saturday, December 9, at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 7171 Willard Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 pm.  Rev. Carl Leep and Rev. Jeff Vanderhooft will officiate.  The service will be live-streamed at https://covenant-crc.org/livestream/.  Interment will be in South Martin Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or The Bible League.
