James P. "Jimmy" Miller II, of Grand Rapids, MI passed away unexpectedly in his home on Saturday, May 9, 2026.  Jimmy was a proud member of the American Legion Post 208 and Amvets Post 23.  He loved his Harley Davidsons, hunting, fishing, and was a huge football and NASCAR fan.  Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, James and Arvilla Miller.  He is survived by his wife, Jami; daughter, Taylor Wentzel (Anthony); stepson, Cameron Brooks (Fawna Carpenter); grandchildren, Maraia Miles, Heath Blake, Makinley Blake, Remi Wentzel, Boss Brooks, Cassius Brooks, Endy Brooks; sister, Jackie Anderson and her sons, John Arnold, and Cody Arnold; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Connie and Gary Lynn; sisters-in-law, Becky Holden (Billy) and their daughters, Emma, Jen, and Amber.  As requested, cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the AmVets Post #23, 98 52nd Street, SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.  Contributions in memory of Jimmy may be made to Jami to assist with funeral expenses.
