Nancy Kay (Groeneveld) VanderWall, age 80, of Byron Center, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 26, 2026. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nancy served the Lord by caring for the elderly first at Holland Home Brown Home and later at Holland Home DeVos Center for a total of 27 years.   She cherished time spent with her grandchildren, family, and friends and loved days spent at Lake Michigan.  Her husband, Robert, preceded her in death. Nancy is survived by her son, Kevin (Jenn) VanderWall; grandchildren, Ariel, Dusten, Noel, Hunter, Acadia; sisters, Shirley (Gary) VanderTill-Hansen, Betty (Herm) Oosterhouse, Debbie (Jack) Kooyman; sister-in-law, Kathy (Paul) Burgess, brother-in-law, Mick (Betsy) Dykstra, and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 17, at Rush Creek Bible Church, 2334 76th Street SW, Byron Center.
