Peggy (Linder) Johnson, age 78, of Byron Center, MI was called to her Heavenly Home on Saturday, December 27, 2025.  Peg was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She liked to keep busy and a few of her favorite activities included fishing, making jewelry, golfing, baking, and gardening.  Peg was preceded in death by her husband, Denny; parents, Lloyd "Dar" and Betty Linder; brother, Tim; and sister, Patsy.  She is lovingly remembered by her children, Greg (Cory) Johnson, Chad (Carin) Johnson, Jill (Darren) Gentner; grandchildren, Alyssa, Cody, Caitlyn, Libbie, Caralyn, Pagiel; great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Rosemary, Maxwell; three sisters and one brother, Joan, Jim, Vick, Beth; many nieces and nephews.  The family welcomes visitors on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 6 to 8 PM at Stroo Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11 AM at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids, 49508, with a one-hour visitation prior from 10 - 11 AM.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to Faith Hospice in memory of Peg.
