Anna Lisa Stegink, age 58, of Byron Center, MI went home to Glory to rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 7, 2025, and is now forever free of her earthly health struggles. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 32 years, Joel; her children, Myranda and John VanderMeulen, and Kenzie Stegink; her beloved grandson, Simon VanderMeulen; her sisters, Lydia Tomke, Frances Steinfort, Ruthie and Hugo Morales; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Eunice Stegink; her brothers-in-law, Tim and Connie Stegink, Jim and Mary Stegink; and her nieces and nephews. Anna Lisa was an encourager and always present for her family. While dwelling in a weak vessel herself, her strength was ever-present. Being homebound did not stop her from reaching out to those who battled chronic illness in many forms, through online outreach, she encouraged many around the globe and lifted prayers before the throne of Grace, where she is now renewed in the fullness of Christ. Soli Deo Gloria. A private family committal service has taken place at Jones Cemetery, Dorr, MI. The family will greet visitors on Friday, December 12, from 10:00 - 11:00 am, at Harvest Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 930 52nd Street SW, Wyoming, MI, where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00. A light luncheon will follow the service. |
