Beth Nagelkirk, age 70, of Caledonia, MI went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.  A devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Beth will be lovingly remembered by her husband of nearly 49 years, Cal; her children, Kelly and Chad Veenstra, Julie and Chad Flowers, Kyle and Kristin Nagelkirk, Yensy Carranza; grandchildren, Jared and Emma Veenstra, Blake Veenstra, Bethany Flowers, Brody, Gavin, and Rhett Nagelkirk; brothers and sisters, Paul and Marilyn De Young, Lois and Ed Engel, Dale and Sandy De Young, Joel and Beverly De Young, Ivan and Theresa De Young, Irma and Clayton Ledy; her in-laws, Karen and Gord Van Haitsma, Rick and Beth Nagelkirk, and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Loretta De Young, and her parents-in-law, Gord and Hazel Nagelkirk.  The visitation and funeral service will be held at Hillside Community Church.  The family welcomes visitors on Monday, November 17, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm at Hillside Community Church, 1440 68th St. SE, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18 at 1:00 pm, with Rev. Ron Kool officiating. Interment will be in Blain Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Beth may be made to Dutton Christian School.
