​Susan Elaine (Simpson) Polczak, age 71, of Grand Rapids, MI passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.  She is survived by her children, Shannon Stanley, Katrina Stanley, Timothy Stanley, Sarah (Levi) Wiggins; nine grandchildren. Private family services will be held.
