Frederika (Alkema) Riedstra, age 80, of Middleville, MI went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.  She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Dirk; children, Ale (Elma) Riedstra, Jennie (Albert) Petter, Lydya (Jeff) Hulst, Bert Riedstra; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one sister; three brothers.  The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, July 9, from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at Dutton United Reformed Church, 6950 Hanna Lake Ave. SE, Caledonia, MI 49316, where the service will begin at 11 AM with Rev. John Ludwig officiating.  The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed by clicking on the following link, https://www.duttonurc.org/.  Interment will be in Dutton Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dutton Christian School.
