Allan V. Batts, age 86, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Allan was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 52 years, Nancy (nee Bryant), and his sisters, Joyce Stevens, Lois Haan and Jan Vroman. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Laura Alexander, Steven and Michelle Batts; Daughter in Law, Evelyn Batts, four grandchildren; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Chris Haan, Sandra Dines, several nieces, nephews, and dear friends. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 16, at Covenant Community Church, 4276 Baldwin St, Hudsonville, with Pastor Kyle DeYoung officiating. Family and friends are welcome to remain at church immediately following the service for a time of visitation and refreshments. Contributions in memory of Allan may be made to the American Cancer Society.
