Miguel Leal, age 77, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025. Miguel was born May 8, 1947, in Cameron County, Texas. He later moved to Michigan, where he spent time in both Grand Rapids and Newaygo. He enjoyed being a mechanic and operating his tow truck. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Barbara Hubscher Leal; children, Ann Munoz, Christina Leal, Miguel Lea​l, Jr., Patricia Leal, Alicia S​epulveda (Sergio Rodriguez), Trista Leal, 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and five brothers.  He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings. Honoring Miguel's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
