Janet Heetderks, age 89, of Cutlerville, MI passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024.  Janet was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.  Celebrating her life as part of God's grand story are her children, David and Jane (Bouwman) Heetderks, Douglas and Anne (VanderZee) Heetderks, Dean and Vicki (Van Houten) Heetderks, Dianne (Heetderks) Riley, Debra (Heetderks) and Douglas Nederhood; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Floyd Brower; in-laws, Hulda Le Febre, Delores (Roger – dec.) Kole, Mary and Bob Raak, Donna (Carl – dec.) Heetderks, Stan (Isla – dec.) Brandsen, and Garry and Cathy Heetderks.  Visitation will take place on Thursday, January 2, from 4 to 6:30 PM at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 7171 Willard SE, Grand Rapids, 49548, with the funeral service following at 7 PM.  Pastor Rodney Brandsen will officiate.  Private interment will be in Blain Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Christian School.
