Judith L. (Fennema) Booth, age 88, of Grand Rapids, MI went home to her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 17, 2024.  Judy served as a teacher at Adams Christian School for most of her adult life.  She enjoyed family time, camping at Holland State Park and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park Platte River Campground.  She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Judy is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William; and two brothers, Richard (Judy) Fennema, and Michael Fennema; sister-in-law, Florence Booth.  Lovingly remembering Judy are her sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Sara Booth, Jeffrey and Catherine Booth; grandchildren, Bill and Amanda Booth, Josh and Kelly (Booth) Krikke, Marc and Sarah (Booth) DeBoer, Eric and Lindsey (Booth) Richard, Michael and Leah Booth, Charlie and Nichole Booth, Austin and Rachel (Booth) Naber, Victoria Martinez-Booth; 27 great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda (Fennema) and Arv Klein, Barb Fennema; sister-in-law, Carol Fennema; many nieces, nephews, and special friends.  The family welcomes visitors on Wednesday, November 20, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids, 49508.  The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22, at 11 AM with a one-hour visitation prior from 10 to 10:45am at First Protestant Reformed Church, 2800 Michigan St. NE, Grand Rapids, 49506.  Rev. James Slopsema will officiate.  A private family committal will be held at Winchester Cemetery with Rev. Joseph Holstege officiating.  Memorial contributions in memory of Judy may be made to Adams Christian School.
