Ruth (Phyllis) Olmsted, age 91, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 22, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Olmsted.  Ruth is survived by her two sons, Chris (Mandy) Lohman of Florida, Scott (Francesca) Lohman of California; step-daughters, Jacquelyn (Frank) Vassalla, Sandra (Ken) Dalgleish; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a special niece, Karen (Bob) Brown. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held. For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made to the Kent County Humane Society.
