Zachary Benjamin Avery, age 33, of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly on September 16, 2023.  Zach enjoyed playing sports in his youth.  He attended Ludington High School.  Zachary will be deeply missed by his mother, Renee (Richard) Landon; father, Terry Avery, Jr.; children, Alexis, Nolan, Parker; grandmother, Carol Reed and Terry and Debby Avery; sisters and brothers, Brooke Avery, Brandi Kraus, Misti Landon, Leelah Avery, Terry Avery III, Dillon Avery, Christian Avery, Blakely and Lillian; many nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Young; grandfather, Bill Young; great-grandparents, Harry and Betty Avery; aunts and uncles, Dave and Kristy Vazquez; Rick Young, Brenda Young, Alan Parker, and Todd Avery.  The family will greet visitors on Wednesday, September 27, from 11 am to 1 pm at Stroo Funeral Home, where a service will begin at 1:00 pm.  Interment will be in Fairplaines Cemetery.  The family asks that any contributions be made to the Stroo Funeral Home to help with expenses.
