William L. Yates, was born on April 10, 1945, in Indianapolis, IN, and passed away on August 23, 2023 in Zeeland, MI. Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from General Motors after many years of service. His wife and daughter preceded him in death. He will be remembered by his friends and caregivers. Military Honors for Bill will be provided at 10:00 am on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, August, MI.  Contributions in memory of Bill may be made to a veterans charity of your choosing.
