On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, Leonarda Melendez, age 81, of Grand Rapids, passed away. Her daughter, Nilsa Haggarty, age 61, of Belding, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023. They will be lovingly remembered by Leonarda's grandson, and Nilsa's son, Patrick Haggarty.  There will be a memorial service held at 11:30 am Wednesday, August 23, at Brookside Christian Reformed Church, 3600 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508.  Memorial contributions may be made to Mel Trotter Ministries.
