Julie Alldaffer, age 83, of Wyoming, Mi, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.She was a daughter, friend and most especially a favorite Aunt. She was a devoted “Cat” mama to her beloved Sissy, her faithful companion of 17 years. In the early 1960’s she started working for Michigan Bell Telephone. She worked in multiple Michigan cities for the company until she settled permanently in Grand Rapids. In 1980 she retired and started a new career as a real estate agent. She was a member of Kentwood Community Church where she worked every Sunday morning as a greeter. “Stay out of trouble” was her favorite catch phrase reserved exclusively for gentlemen because as she would say “we ladies are close to perfect”. Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Gladys Alldaffer; and brothers, Dennis and Blaine Alldaffer. She will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Ronald (Betty) Alldaffer; nieces and nephews, Rhona Bartels, Alaine (Peter Rivas) Alldaffer, Juli (Anthony) Donoho, Ron (Barbara) Alldaffer, Daniel (Kathy) Alldaffer; grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday,August 10th at 1:00 PM at Kentwood Community Church, 1200 60th St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI. Rev. Michael Braden will officiate. Interment will be in Roseland Memorial Gardens, Jackson. Memorial contributions may be made to Kentwood Community Church or Silent Observer
