Norman D. Greenfield, age 98, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, formerly of Sebring, Florida, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, April 15, 2021.  Norman honorably served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was active in the invasion of Normandy on D2.  He enjoyed his work as a Master Mechanic and could fix just about anything.  Norm was preceded in death by his first wife, Arline; and all of his siblings.  He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Patricia; children, Roger (Nancy) Greenfield, Penny (Terry) Vlug, Michael (Jane) Greenfield; grandchildren, Dan (Trisha) Greenfield, Tom (Tanja) Greenfield, Sara Lane, Matthew (Melissa) Lane, Jodie Vlug, Ben (April) Vlug, Joshua Greenfield, Jacob (Ashley) Greenfield; many great grandchildren; 4 step-children; many step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.  A private family committal service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Lansing, Michigan.
