Carolyn Irene Moore, age 84, of Lakeview, MI, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, May 15, 2023. Carolyn served as a missionary for 25 years with Bible Christian Union alongside her team member and friend, Lois Labrenz, and worked for Monroe Inc. for 10 years. She attended Grandville Bible Church and her ministry there were the children, missions, and the Welcome Center. She enjoyed Lake Michigan and loved and collected lighthouses. Carolyn will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Janice Male; nephew, Timothy (Angela) Male all of Lakeview, MI; great nieces and nephew, Melissa, Taylor, Laura; one great-great niece and five great-great nephews. In accordance with Carolyn's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to Pine Ridge Bible Camp, 8415 17 Mile Rd. NE, Cedar Springs, MI 49319.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Carolyn was a great neighbor and friend to my grandparents in Kentwood. She would always come out and visit when she saw us there.
She loved to talk about her family and how the younger ones were doing. I will always appreciate how she cared for my grandparents. She was truly a huge blessing.
