As I look back over time
I find myself remembering
I know I cant name them all cause I was at your house as a child
But I remember a few
things you did for me
To help and support me
To celebrate my successes
when I was sixteen taking me to purchase my very first car (Buick Skyhawk)
Following me to Secretary Of State ensuring I had tags n insurance
and for the simple things
to listen to a few of my problems
Showing the value of hard work
Telling me to have Courage
Supporting my parents values to have the very best
and for the simple things
laughter smiles and times we shared
Uncle I know its to late to say thank you now and I know I expressed my gratitude then buy just in case im thanking you now.
And im hoping you knew all along
How thankful I was and am
Sleep In Peace Uncle
Missing You Your Nephew
