Ruth Ann Vander Werf, age 76, of Cutlerville, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. She was preceded in death by her son, David Vander Werf; and sister and brother-in-law, Claire and Thomas Van Timmeren.  Ruth will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Richard; son, John (Marcia) Vander Werf; daughter-in-law, Annette Vander Werf; grandchildren, Morgan, Evan Vander Werf, Sharon (Jon) Morrison, Christine (Jeremy) Chambers; great grandchildren, A.J., Hannah, Cody; great-great granddaughter, Gracie; sisters, June (Marv) Hibma, Carol (Jerold-deceased) Nykamp; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Laurie Rupke, and Andy (Doris) Vander Werf. The family will greet visitors on Friday, January 22, from 5 - 8 pm at Stroo Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 23, with Pastor Tom Datema officiating. There will be an hour of visitation from 12 noon to 1 pm prior to the service on Saturday. Interment will be in Blain Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Gaines Church.
