Joyce (Niles) Ranes, age 91, of Wyoming, went to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Ranes.  Joyce was a loving wife, mom and grandma. She was affectionately known as "Mom" not only to her own children, but also to many others. No one could leave her house without a warm hug. She will be dearly missed by all including her children, Sandee (Ken) Appelt, Carol Slocum, Paul (Mary) Niles, Mike (Mary) Niles, Rae Mansfield; 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; sisters, Joan Kegerreis, Janet Proos, Jean Soest; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 22, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm at Stroo Funeral Home.  Due  to current restrictions, a private family service will be held.  Interment in Lakeside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels.
