Markus John VanGoor, age 29, passed away while surrounded by his family on December 25, 2020. Markus was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Donna Wustman and Gloria VanGoor. He is survived by his soulmate, Hailey, and her daughter, Lily; parents, Bruce and Gayle VanGoor, Dan and Missi Zimmer; siblings and nieces and nephews, Heather and Josh (Seth, Koleson, Vaylin), Alison and Rob (Farrah, Tobias), Bethanie and Austin, Zach and Sara (Kirsten, Leina); grandparents, Norm Wustman, John VanGoor, Linda and Don VanDenHeuvel; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM at Stroo Funeral Home. Due to current restrictions, a private family service will be held. Interment in Winchester Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hailey for Lily's college education fund or to assist with funeral expenses.
