Sharon L. Babcock, age 85, of Caledonia, passed away peacefully after a difficult struggle with Alzheimer’s. A beloved mother and grandmother, Sharon will be deeply missed by her daughter, Kelly (Patrick) Sanford; grandchildren, Connor and Cassidy; sisters, Dolores Bleam, Geraldine Zugel; brother-in-law, Forrest, Jr. (Carolyn) Babcock; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jim; son, Kevin Babcock; brothers, Joseph, Kenneth, and Donald Doyle. The family will greet visitors from 10 - 11 am on Saturday, November 28, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 1253. 52nd St. SE, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 am with Father Peter Vu as celebrant. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association - Greater Michigan Chapter or Kindred Hospice.
