Margaret B. Turner, age 90, of Grand Rapids, formerly of LeGrand, Iowa, and Carlisle, Iowa, went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 14, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Turner; brothers, Dean Eakins and Donald Eakins. Margaret's family, friends, church, and community were very important to her. She loved her family dearly and will be missed by her children, Phill and Barb Saxton Turner, David and Sandra Turner; grandchildren, Christy Turner, Jenny (Rob) Katvala, Brian (Kaitlyn) Turner, John (Tiffany) Turner; great grandchildren, Mary and Deane Katvala, Isabella and Jedidiah Turner, and Rose Turner. Private family services will be held in Grand Rapids, MI. A graveside service will be held 11 am Friday, September 18, at Drakesville Cemetery, Drakesville, Iowa. Memorial contributions may be made to Carlisle United Methodist Church, 405 School Street, Carlisle, Iowa 50047.

Sorry to hear about Margaret. She was such a special person. Always nice to chat with her at church and when going on walks past her house in Carlisle.
