                                                                                     Dawn Marie (Cloud) Sidock

Born June 2, 1936 in Muskegon.  Dawn passed away from her earthly life into her heavenly home on Friday, May 10, 2019. Dawn was a lifelong resident of Muskegon.  Always a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She lived her life devoted to her family, faith, and church. Dawn’s legacy is a Christian family, followers of the book of Acts; she and her beloved late sister, Bonnie, experienced one day at home.  That life-changing encounter is alive in the hearts of most of her offspring. Mom’s favorite place in Muskegon was at the beach watching the waves at Lake Michigan.  She was often a patron of the Lakeside Emporium (candy store).  Dawn was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; their daughters, Sherri and Rhonda.  She is survived by her children, Cindy Sidock of Grand Rapids, Norman (Jill) Sidock of Fruitport, Cherie (Rick) England of Muskegon, Kathy (Jim) Linton of Wayland, Tami (Mike) Keller of Grand  Rapids, Kim Sidock of Muskegon, 9 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM at Faith Church of Grand Rapids, 953 Spencer NE Grand Rapids, on Monday, May 13, Pastor Michael Keller will be officiating.  Burial at Lakeside Cemetery in Muskegon, MI. Dawn Sidock loved Christian music. She loved to worship and sing praises to her God during worship service at her local church, Faith Church of Grand Rapids. To keep this legacy of praise and worship living on, the family is asking that instead of flowers a contribution be made to the Faith Church music and worship team. Contributions can be made via check to “Faith Church” or through PayPal to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
