Scott Curtis Hilton, age 46, of Caledonia, lost his battle with cancer and entered into the loving arms of Jesus on Monday, July 16, 2018.  Scott loved working at GreenMark Equipment assembling new lawnmowers and small tractors. Even though he enjoyed hunting and fishing, much of his spare time was spent working on the family farm. But what he loved most was spending time with his son, Simon, who meant the world to him. Along with his son, Scott will be lovingly missed by his parents, Don and Lynn Hilton, Sr.; sister, Sherri Clark; brothers, Don (Robbin) Hilton, Jr., and Howard (Elizabeth) Hilton; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Scott’s family wishes to express heartfelt thanks for the special care provided to Scott by the team of Dr’s from the Neuroscience Department at Spectrum Health and the Hospice care provided by the staff and volunteers at Trillium Woods. Scott’s family will greet visitors on Friday, July 27 from 6 – 8 pm at Leighton United Methodist Church, 4180 2nd St, Caledonia, where a celebration of Scott’s life will be held at 11 am Saturday, July 28, with Rev. David L. McBride officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Scott may be made to Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods or Leighton United Methodist Church.
