How surprising and marvelous to see that Mildred lived this long. Wes and Mildred were two of my mother's (Rose Van Houten) favorite people. She was always so upbeat an happy to have spent an evening with them and would relate the events of the night, often with great hilarity. Relatives (Wes being my dad's cousin) that became dear friends. Beautiful people.
